So, I found The Fresh Table (http://freshtable.biz/). I've lived off and on in this city for three years (traveled a lot w the last job) and I don't think I have found anything quite like it. Fresh and sustainable, healthy but DELISH! Below is visual proof of their genius. I got three sides: Wild Caught Salmon Salad (the pinker hued dish, chunky goodness) Eggless Egg Salad (made with tofu, and beautiful bright yellow) and the Pesto Salad (large artichokes, grape or cherry tomatoes, kalamata and some SUPER fresh pesto). My mouth was salivating, no joke, as the man behind the counter divided out my portions. I got it to go, with no silverware and the intention of eating at home. I got in my car and only drove a block and half before I realized I was finger feeding myself (the thumb and pointer finger oh so delicately and properly feeding my mouth). SOLD!
