Google Search: What can I do with green beans?

Yes, I googled, what can I do with green beans. Minimal time and ingredients! I've got a challenge to chip away at (or a job to find?)...
Fried String Beans
French cut green beans (my mom had them last time I was home, how cute are they?!)
Whole wheat flour
Olive oil
Salt
Egg wash (one egg plus water) ((for the binding aspect, with the flour on green bean process))
Steam the string beans for 3-5 min. Remember, they will be cooked again in the frying process. Less cooking equals more nutrients! Crack and egg in a bowl, add some aqua. Drop the tender beans into the egg wash, then drop the beans in the whole wheat flour. It should stick on there, ball up even. Drop into the hot oil. Cook until golden appearance. Remove, plate, salt, serve.
This one gets super duper 5! So simple. Almost like tempura vegetables from a Japanese restaurant. But homemade, with healthier ingredients that you can control! Definitely a good replacement for the french fry! Parents, nannies, give it a try on those kiddies:)
