A Nice Way to Start the Day

Quinn: I use this blog as a table for my cooking experiences. The blog began as a test, I was to cook one new recipe each day of the work week, it served to keep my busy mind sane while I transitioned from one profession to another (aka jobless). After I found direction I began to track my experiences in Culinary School and at work in a catering kitchen. Until recently things seemed pretty stable profession wise, I was doing meaningful and creative work, then boyfriend took a great job on the West Coast (happily!) and again, I am in a job hunt. Over the last year the blog has been a great little addition to my life. An artistic expression that my artistic being has been craving (along with my stomach, for I do love to eat) So stay tuned, as I continue to find my direction amidst food.
